Executive Advisory Committee
Paul Ade is the Founder and Executive Director of the Diversity Advancement Network, an organization that leads multiple initiatives dedicated to advancing and uplifting Black communities across Canada, the Caribbean, and Africa. Prior to this role, Paul pioneered and pastored five churches and two campus fellowships, bringing decades of leadership and community-building experience to his current focus on Black community empowerment.
In addition, Paul is a publisher and entrepreneur, having previously launched Afro-Caribbean News, Black Super Pages, and Wisdom Magazine. With over two decades of experience as a Realtor, he has helped numerous individuals and families achieve homeownership. Paul has also served as a Condominium Board President and has volunteered extensively with various non-profit organizations.

The Diversity Advancement Network (DAN) is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to uniting and empowering people to create positive social impact. Through innovative philanthropic initiatives, DAN addresses key challenges in marginalized communities while celebrating achievement and leadership.
Headquartered in Canada with chapters in over 30 countries, DAN delivers programs that promote literacy, development, diversity, and inclusion, benefiting women, youth, seniors, and professionals. DAN partners with stakeholders worldwide to drive meaningful change and build a lasting legacy of excellence through initiatives such as the Global Women Leadership Forum, Africa Of Our Dreams, Black Business Awards, and our other initiatives.
What we do
We celebrate Black excellence, promote literacy programs, while also providing support for policies that reduce racial wealth inequalities, with the primary objective of breaking down barriers that limit opportunities for youths, women, and especially people of African descent.
